Benefits of Sub Domains and HTML Pages
What is a Sub Domain?
A sub domain is an extension of a website for example keyword.yourdomainname.com, many companies who use sub domains do not realize their full potential, most are simply used as a blog, directory or an internal page. A sub domain is classed by the search engines as being a separate website, so if you place your keyword as the sub domain title and link to your main website, the subdomain will be classed as a separate link to your site and help to increase your search engine listings.
Sub domains are set up through your host company, if your host does not provide them, we can create a sub domain on our website at no extra charge.
What is a HTML page?
A HTML page is a simple webpage added to your website, the search engines prefer websites to be created from HTML as this is their binary language, unfortunately in order to create that perfect website, many web designers use unreadable programmes such as Frames, Flash or Java. If a website is created from these then in order to be listed a HTML page must be created, rich in content and a high keyword density, the HTML page will then be submitted to the search engines.
